In preparation for the anticipated active discussions that will follow the publication of the Draft NOW self-regulation Strategy on 1^st of November 2007, some necessary changes has been made to the Forum.

The Forum is now divided into two primary categories:

“Member Industry Strategic Focus Areas” (NOW 2007 / 2008)

This is the “new” main discussion board where the self regulation strategy will be posted and be debated. In addition, each member organisation  has an individual sub-board. This will be used to present and discuss their relevant section/s of the strategy. In addition, they will also be responsible for the moderation thereof.

“NOW Archive” (2005 / 2006)

Existing board categories, topics and discussions have simply been moved to the Archived Board. NOW’s Service Provided, Grant Thornton, has been tasked to review and to summarise all postings to date and to publish a condensed version (Primary Concerns, Issues and Recommendations) on each of these topics. Where possible, the condensed version will then be linked to a corresponding strategic focus area of the proposed self-regulation strategy.
