Since the George workshop the NOW team has worked on a number of initiatives and documents, including the recent Stratplan session in the beginning of May.  Representatives from NOW and the Department of Envoronmental Affairs and Tourism, DEAT, had a two day workshop that pulled together all ideas to update the Business Plan.

It covers in more detail Macro factors, Key drivers and Focus areas and a new focus on Self Management and Self-regulation Structures and Processed were added.
