Essentialy the NAAMSA role will be to enhance the training of both customers and sales personnel ensuring that we deliver a trained customer in a suitable vehicle to a tour guide or trail owner that meets the standards of the TBL matrix.
- Met with NAAMSA representatives to form NAAMSA working group
- Working group to meet on the 22nd of March to fine tune and execute in terms of Triple bottom Line Matrix
- DEAT to be invited to address the first workshop
- NAAMSA currently looking at Industry Code of Conduct
- NAAMSA to request that the two SETA's expedite the finalisation of the unit standards process
